Hi! I’m

. This is my newsletter, Feels Like Home.

What is Feels Like Home?

Feels like Home is a place for me to share my writings about things I love & the people and moments that have shaped me.

I’ve kept different blogs over the last 10 years and even started Car Window Poetry, a global poetry movement of people writing encouraging poems and sharing them on car windows.

In 2022, I joined my homies, the Writing Boys, in publishing essays about music, sports, books, and culture. Since then, my work has been published in ESPN’s Andscape and shared by some of the most influential at their craft, including Kid Cudi, Shea Serrano, and Kiese Laymon.

I don’t know what Feels Like Home will become, but I hope whatever I write meets you where you are. That it feels like home.

Not a performance for one another, but dancing with each other. I’ve explored this familiarity through essays like this:

As social media platforms continue to make it harder to keep up with the people I love and the things they’re putting out in the world — and for folks to keep up with me — Feels Like Home provides a space for me to share my writings and potentially even do more with my writing, while caring for the people I love most.
